MORTAZAVI ARCHITECTS AND PARTNERS "MAAP" specializes in architecture, interior design and urban planning, dealing with an entire spectrum of scale and contexts, always seeking to create a coherent concept. We believe excellence in architecture requires taking full responsibility for the overall process and focusing on exceptional results. We work with experienced, creative and professional partners to incorporate all relevant capabilities in our projects. Specialist consultants with years of experience cooperate to meet our clients' requirements under the leadership of MAAP. We provide services for all planning phases of HOAI Germany, participation in competitions and preparation of reports. Our team of dedicated and experienced architects and engineers works confidently within multiple areas of architecture. With additional access to highly qualified freelance architects, we insure flexibility and speed to adapt to any type of project. Our infrastructure (CAD workstations, peripheral hardware, necessary programs) is of the highest standard allowing us to professionally manage projects of all sizes, both domestically and internationally. MAAP took shape in 2007 and grew out of more than 10 years of invaluable experience working in multiple firms, including that of 54f Architects. We are based in Wiesbaden, with international offices in Ankara and Tehran. In addition to our activities in classical architectural design, we also seek to reach further and provide integrated solutions in the field of design. The first solution is not good enough for us. Function, economy and ecology are our natural design parameters. Our success is reflected in the public sphere: publications, television, radio shows and exhibitions. Competitions challenge us and make us stronger. If external competition is not desired, we find our solutions through internal competition. Our goals are ambitious!
